The Beasley Industrial Complex is nestled in next to the Warrego Highway on the western side of Dalby. It is well situated with its closeness to town, easy access to the highway, and with a railway line spur to service heavy goods delivery.

A recent major refurbishment involved the construction of new firewalls, dividing walls, roofing, concrete floors, and new upgrades for power, phone and water services. External walls have also been repainted in heritage colours. The complex also features large areas of bitumen surface for access, storage and parking.

Two large signs on the highway - shown as blue lines on the plan above - can be used by tenants for advertising purposes.
